All artwork, designs, prints, stickers, and images are the exclusive intellectual property of Kat Blanton and Kat's Creative and are protected under copyright law. Purchase of any original painting, print, or merchandise does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes with prior written consent from the artist.

HUMAN-MADE, ALWAYS:

Everything in this shop is 100% handmade by me. All of my designs begin with an idea, to the sketch, to the finished piece. No generative AI tools or automated image generators are used in the creation of my artworks. Reproduction, scraping, or utilizations of any of my images, products, or original designs for training, learning models, or any other reason is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

COLOR ACCURACY:

I strive to display my artwork colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings, screen resolutions, and lighting, actual colors may differ slightly from what appears on screen.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping service (UPS, USPS, etc.), transit times and carrier delays are beyond my control.

Refund Policy:

Thank you for supporting small businesses like mine and my artwork! Because all items are original, printed to order, or produced in small studio batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or mistaken selections.

DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT:If your product arrives damaged, please email: kats.creative.life34@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of damaged item and packaging and I will gladly arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

LOST PACKAGES: If your tracking shows as delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and carrier service first. If an order if officially declared lost by the carrier, reach out to me directly and I will resolve it.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.
